With the platform, JAROWA makes a technical solution available that provides support in the selection of service providers and in the process steps that follow (case description, confirmation of cost coverage, secure exchange of documents, uploading invoices, creating final reports). It is thereby always an insurance company, an administration or a service provider that carries out the process steps. JAROWA simply makes the platform available, and is not involved in the handling of the cases. In all the major process steps, such as a confirmation of cost coverage, the user of the platform can generate a PDF of the process step. This PDF can be stored and archived in your own primary system. The insurance companies, administrations and service providers can thereby continue to work independently of JAROWA and can provide information about current cases.
